Commissioner Laura moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners approves the Contract with the State of Colorado, Office of Transportation Safety for implementation of the 1994 Alcohol Highway Safety Plan, and for the chairman to execute the same.
Be It Further Resolved that the Chairman is authorized to execute a Signature Page required by the State of Colorado.
Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Betty J. Miller, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
