Commissioner Laura moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners approves the Intergovernmental Agreement between the Jefferson County Law Enforcement Authority, the Sheriff and the Board of County Commissioners whereby the Sheriff agrees to perform law enforcement services in the amount of $5,432,824.00 during calendar year 1994 and authorizes the Chairman of the Board to execute the same.
Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
