Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC94-197

RE: ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - COMPUTER EQUIPMENT UPGRADE/TRADE IN - M.I.S. DEPARTMENT

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners approves the expenditure of $26,031.00 to IBM Corporation for the hardware required to upgrade "disk storage devices" on the County's IBM AS/400 computer system.

Commissioner Laura seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Betty J. Miller, Chairman AYE

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
