Commissioner Laura moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC94-231

RE: ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT - JEFFERSON COUNTY AND PUBLIC FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, INC.

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners approves and authorizes the Chairman to execute the second amendment to the agreement between the County and Public Financial Management, Inc. to provide arbitrage rebate services for the period February 16, 1994 - February 15, 1995. Estimated cost for this period is based on Fees in Exhibit "A" of the contract with a not-to-exceed amount of $17,000.00.

Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
