Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC94-297

RE: ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - PLANNING AND ZONING - INCREASE IN DEVELOPMENT FEES

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners rescinds Resolution No. CC94-250 as the "Planning and Zoning Department - Development and Permit Fees, Effective May 15, 1994" (dated 3.23.94) which incorrectly sets forth various fees.

The Board of County Commissioners approves and adopts the attached "Planning and Zoning Department - Development and Permit Fees" (Attachment 1) which shall be effective May 15, 1994, subject to the existing and adjusted fees being deleted from the Zoning Resolution and the Land Development Regulation. The fees set forth on Attachment 1 shall be incorporated into the Policies and Procedures Manual as Section 5.32. Upon the effective date of the fees set forth in Attachment 1, said fees shall supersede and replace all other references to the same fees in any other policies or regulations.

Commissioner Laura seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
