Commissioner Laura moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC94-353

RE: PUBLIC WORKS - COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES - AMEND INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT - JEFFERSON ANIMAL SHELTER

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners approves an amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement between Jefferson County and the Cities of Arvada, Lakewood, and Wheat Ridge for the operation of the animal shelter. The amendment 1) changes the name of the shelter to the Table Mountain Animal Center and 2) changes the date the shelter must approve its budget to December 15, 1994.

Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
