Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC94-384

RE: PUBLIC WORKS - OPEN SPACE - CITY OF LAKEWOOD REIMBURSEMENT REQUEST OS94-43

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners authorizes reimbursement to the City of Lakewood in the amount of $1,429,610.98. The amount would be taken from the City of Lakewood's attributable share of the Open Space fund.

Commissioner Laura seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Gary D. Laura AYE

Commissioner Betty J. Miller, Chairman ABSENT

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
