Commissioner Laura moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC94-597

RE: FACILITIES AND TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT - FACILITIES - AGREEMENT AND LEASE - HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE STORAGE FACILITY

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners approves a land lease to the Storage Authority for the property used to site the Permanent Household Chemical Storage Facility. The lease will be for twenty-five years. The Authority shall pay the County $1.00 per year for a total of $25.00. The lease may be renewed automatically for an additional twenty-five years.

Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
