Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC94-624

RE: LAND PLANNING AND INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT - HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION - CONTRACT - TARCO, INC. - BRIDGE REPLACEMENT ON WEST 44TH AVENUE

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners approves the Contract between the County and Tarco, Inc., in the amount of $356,499.15 for the installation of a replacement bridge on West 44th Avenue over the Croke Canal. The Authorized Representative under the contract is Charles Swanson and may approve any change order provided that no combination of change orders increase the total price payable under the contract to a sum greater than $385,000.

Commissioner Laura seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Betty J. Miller, Chairman AYE

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
