Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC94-646

RE: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS - APPOINTMENT TO THE PLACEMENT ALTERNATIVES COMMISSION

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners appoints Al Bauernfeind, John Eachon and William Scott to the Placement Alternatives Commission for three year terms. Said term to begin July 1, 1994, and expire on July 1, 1997, or until reappointed or replaced by the Board.

Commissioner Laura seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Gary D. Laura AYE

Commissioner Betty J. Miller, Chairman AYE

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
