Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC94-667

RE: SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT - BFI MEDICAL WASTE SYSTEMS OF COLORADO, INC., CONTRACT

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners approves the renewal of the Contract between the County and BFI Medical Waste Systems, Inc., for disposal of biomedical wastes generated by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department and the Jefferson County Coroner's Office. The total amount of the contract is $2,220; a maximum of $720 per year for services provided to the Sheriff and $1,500 per year for services provided to the Coroner. The contract is to commence on October 1, 1994 through September 30, 1995.

Further Resolved, that the authorized representative for the Sheriff's Department is Captain Gary Grainger.

Further Resolved, that the authorized representative for the Coroner's Office is Triena Harper.

Commissioner Laura seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
