Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC94-668

RE: SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT - U.S. WEST COMMUNICATION SERVICES 911 CONTRACT

 

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners approves the contract between Jefferson County and U.S. West Communications Services, Inc., for the purchase and installation of customer premise telephone equipment to be installed at the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department Communications Center. Contract price for purchase and installation is not to exceed $47,718.00. Quoted prices are valid for 90 days from July 11, 1994. Estimated installation date is October 10, 1994, with estimated completion date of October 14, 1994. Change order authority will be by addendum to the original contract signed by authorized representatives of both parties to the contract. The County's authorized representative is Randal L. Smith, Jefferson County Sheriff's Department, Communications Manager.

 

 

Commissioner Laura seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
