Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC94-789

RE: LAND PLANNING AND INFRASTRUCTURE - ROAD AND BRIDGE - RENEWAL OF CONTRACT WITH COAL CREEK SAND AND GRAVEL, INC.

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners approve the renewal of the Coal Creek Sand and Gravel, Inc. contract for an additional one (1) year term and authorize the Chairman to execute the agreement. The minimum contract is for 40,000 tons at $.50 per ton. This permitted pit is the only source of aggregate that is not controlled by a major gravel producer.

Commissioner Miller seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Betty J. Miller, Chairman AYE

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
