Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC94-822

RE: ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS - AMBULANCE LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY AND LAKEWOOD-BANCROFT COMBINED FIRE AUTHORITY

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners approves the applications for Ambulance Service License and Vehicle Permits for Lakewood-Bancroft Combined Fire Authority, and authorize the Chairman to execute the license on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners.

Commissioner Laura seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Betty J. Miller, Chairman AYE

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
