Commissioner Laura moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC94-871

RE: COMMUNITY RESOURCES - OPEN SPACE - WILLIAMS/LEE & BAUGH WATER/WHEAT RIDGE OS94-74 AND HOEFER/LEE & BAUGH WATER/WHEAT RIDGE OS94-75

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners authorizes staff to obtain a title commitment and appraisal, if necessary, and to enter into negotiations for the evaluation of the subject water rights associated with Lee & Baugh Ditch, two inches of water from Williams and one inch from Hoefer. Lee & Baugh Ditch is located in the City of Wheat Ridge.

Commissioner Miller seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Betty J. Miller, Chairman AYE

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
