Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

RESOLUTION NO. CC94-956

RE: SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT - AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT FOR PRIVATE SECURITY SERVICES AT THE COURTS AND ADMINISTRATION BUILDING

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners approves the amendment to the contract between the County and the Wackenhut Corporation in the amount of (not to exceed) $150,570.42 for private security services at the Courts and Administration Building during 1995. The authorized representative under the contract is Captain Elizabeth Kuhns.

Commissioner Laura seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
