Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

RESOLUTION NO. CC94-960

RE: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS - APPOINTMENTS TO THE EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES ADVISORY COUNCIL

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners reappoints the following members to the Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council:

Ambulance Representative

Carl Unrein, American Medical Response

Evelyn Jeffries, TransMed of the Rockies

Municipal Representative

Lt. John Patterson, Lakewood Police Department

John McInerney, Municipal Government

County Government Representative

Cpt. Rich Boyd, Jefferson County Sheriff's Department

Triena Harper, Jefferson County Coroners Office

Hospital Representative

Peter Vellman, M.D., St. Anthony Central Hospital

Charles Buckley, M.D., Lutheran Medical Center

Rural Fire Department Representative

Sue Bigler, Inter-Canyon Fire Department

Urban Fire Protection District Representative

David Leiker

Term to begin on January 1, 1995, and expire on December 31, 1997 or until reappointed or replaced by the Board.

Commissioner Laura seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
