OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. SS94-29

RE: HUMAN SERVICES - PAYROLL CERTIFICATIONS FOR THE MONTH OF MAY 1994

Resolved, that the Board of Social Services approves Social Services' payrolls and payments for the month of May 1994.

Board Memeber Laura seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of Social Services of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
