Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. SS94-45

RE: SOCIAL SERVICES - CANCELLATION OF STALE DATED AND STOP PAYMENT WARRANTS FOR OCTOBER 1994

Resolved, that the stale dated regular and payroll warrants for the month of October be cancelled administratively as of this date and that the Chairman of the Board of Social Services is authorized to execute the stale dated regular and payroll warrants list.

Commissioner Laura seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Betty J. Miller, Chairman AYE

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
