Commissioner Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC95-785

RE:BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS - AMENDMENTS TO SECTION 5.32 OF THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES MANUAL - WILDFIRE MITIGATION INSPECTION FEE AND PENALTY FEE

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby adopts the revised Policies and Procedures for the Wildfire Mitigation Inspection Fee and Penalty Fee as set forth on the attached Exhibit "A". Such changes to be effective January 1, 1996.

Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Gary D. Laura, Chairman AYE

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
