Board Member Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF SOCIAL SERVICES

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. SS95-23

Resolved, that the Board of Social Services approves the Social Services' payrolls and payments for the month of August 1995.

Board Member Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Board Member John P. Stone AYE

Board Member Gary D. Laura, Chairman AYE

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of Social Services of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
