Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC96-009

RE:LAND PLANNING AND INFRASTRUCTURE - HIGHWAYS & TRANSPORTATION - 1997-2002 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM PROJECT RECOMMENDATIONS

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby are authorized to sign the project recommendation form for projects to be submitted to DRCOG for federal funds, committing to providing matching funds if projects are awarded federal dollars.

Commissioner Laura seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
