Commissioner Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC96-027

RE:BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS - APPOINTMENT OF REGULAR MEMBER TO THE EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ADVISORY BOARD

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby appoints Dr. Wilbur Richie to the Emergency Management Advisory Board.

Commissioner Laura seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Betty J. Miller AYE

Commissioner Gary D. Laura AYE

Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
