Commissioner Laura moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby authorizes the transfer of cash escrow funds in the amount of $8,927.80 together with the interest having accrued thereon, to Open Space Acquisitions for acquisitions within a 5-mile radius o the subdivision from which the funds were collected and instruct the Jefferson County Treasurer to transfer said funds.
Commissioner Miller seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
