Commissioner Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners amends the contract between Jefferson County and Metro Building Services, Inc. to include custodial services at the new Motor Vehicle Office located at 6004 S. Kipling Street, Unit A, Littleton, CO. The additional monthly charge for the new Motor Vehicle Office is $430.00 per month commencing February 1, 1996, the date of the move-in and continuing through May 15, 1996 (the expiration date of the original contract).
Commissioner Laura seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
