Commissioner Laura moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby appoints Directors and Alternates to the Board of the Rocky Flats Local Impact Initiative as set forth on the attached "Proposed Slate."
Be It Further Resolved that the Board of Directors of the Initiative certified the attached slate of recommended Directors and alternate directors for the forthcoming term on the Board. It nominates Gary Laura as a director and Jani Sepanik and Terry Green as alternates.
Commissioner Miller seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Betty J. Miller AYE
Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
