Commissioner Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves an abatement of taxes erroneously assessed and subsequently sold at tax sale including the 1995 taxes, on property described as Un-Numbered Tract A, Hacienda Loma Vista and Amd. I. The delinquent taxes erroneously assessed must be paid to the following tax buyers.

Commissioner Laura seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
