Commissioner Laura moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the 1996 Annual Fire Operating Plan. The Plan requires the Chairman sign five copies. The Plan sets forth the County’s involvement and responsibilities regarding Wildland Fires within the County regardless of location. Other signers to the Plan are the USDA Forest Service, the Colorado State Forest Service, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department and the Wildland Fire Committee of the Jefferson County Fire Council.
Commissioner Miller seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Betty J. Miller AYE
Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
