Commissioner Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC96-324

RE:LAND PLANNING AND INFRASTRUCTURE - HIGHWAY & TRANSPORTATION - AGREEMENT WITH THE URBAN DRAINAGE AND FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT FOR AN OUTFALL SYSTEMS PLANNING STUDY FOR THE PLEASANT VIEW AREA

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the Agreement between the County and the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District for the preparation of an outfall systems planning study for the Pleasant View Area. It was previously anticipated that the County would be the sole participant in the study along with the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District; however, both Lakewood and Golden have also committed to participate in the study. The County’s cost share is $25,000.

Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Betty J. Miller AYE

Commissioner Gary D. Laura ABSENT

Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
