Commissioner Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the Memorandum of Understanding and Task Order between the University of Colorado at Denver and the Jefferson County Department of Human Services for use of Federal IV-E funds in training child welfare caseworkers for a total cost of $417,469, Jefferson County’s portion of that cost not to exceed $46,722, and authorizes the Chairman to sign the same.
Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
