Commissioner Laura moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the advancement of $100,000 for the purchase of used heavy equipment, at auction, for the Road and Bridge Department. Equipment required is listed below:
1.Water trucks for dust abatement during grading and/or maintenance of gravel roads.
2.Rock trucks for use by the concrete crew.
3.A grade-all and/or trackhoe for cleaning ditches and the settling ponds at the Asphalt Plant.
4.Rollers and tree chippers for use as needed.
Commissioner seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
