Commissioner Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the Lease Agreement between Jefferson County and FSM Lakewater, L.P. for approximately 2,000 square feet of office space located at 1981 Sheridan, Unit B, Edgewater, CO for use by the Jefferson County Health and Environment Department for its Edgewater WIC office at a monthly lease rate of $1,666.67, plus monthly common area costs (CAM) to be adjusted annually.
Commissioner Laura seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Gary D. Laura AYE
Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
