Commissioner Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the contract between the County and Bituminous Roadways of Colorado, Inc. in the amount of $79,450.40 for roadway milling in Jefferson County. The County’s authorized representative is Larry Benshoof, or other person as may be designated by the County Manager or the Road & Bridge Department. The authorized representative may approve any change order, provided that no combination of change orders shall increase the total price payable under this contract by more than 5% or an amount greater than $83,423.00.
Commissioner Laura seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
