Commissioner Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the contract between Jefferson County and Vance Brothers, Inc., in the amount of $112,470 to furnish and install paving fabric.
Be It Further Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby authorizes Mike Baker or other person as may be designated by the Department Director or County Manager as the County’s authorized representative. The authorized representative may approve any change order, provided that no combination of change orders shall increase the total price payable under this contract by more than 5% or an amount greater than $118,094. Final completion of the project shall be on or before October 1, 1996.
Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
