Commissioner Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the Caretaker’s Lease, on the S&G Property, between Jefferson County and Ted Mische, an employee of the Jefferson County Open Space Department. The rental fee is $750 per month plus in-kind services. The Lease will commence on July 4, 1996, and continue until terminated.
Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Gary D. Laura ABSENT
Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
