Commissioner Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the contract between Jefferson County and Brannan Sand and Gravel Company in the amount of $99,870 for the reconstruction of a portion of Raspberry Mountain Road.
Be It Further Resolved that the County’s authorized representative is Stan Kobayashi or other person as may be designated by the County Manager. The authorized representative may approve any change order, provided that no combination of change orders shall increase the total price payable under this contract by more than 5% or an amount greater than $104,863.50. Final completion of the project shall be on or before 60 calendar days after the start date.
Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
