Commissioner Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the Amendment to the Industrial Lease Agreement between Jefferson County and TRI-KB Investments entered into on October 17, 1995 for real property located in Wheat Ridge, Colorado for use by the Sheriff’s Department. The Amendment increases the total square footage of leased space to 6,506 square feet and increases the total monthly lease rate to $3,795.12, commencing June 1, 1996 and terminating on October 31, 1996. It is further recommended that a one time lump-sum payment of $8,810 to be paid to TRI-KB Investments at the time of the signing of this Amendment for advance rent on the additional space and for painting the office area and constructing a walk-through between the two units at TRI-KB’s expense.
Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
