Commissioner Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby waives section 5.35.1.6 of the Policies and Procedures Manual, which requires service plans for special districts to be referred to the Planning Commission, in the case of a proposed amendment to the service plan of Denver West Metropolitan District to issue up to $12,000,000 in total bonds.
Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Gary D. Laura ABSENT
Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
