Commissioner Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the contracts between Jefferson County and the following firms to provide environmental site assessment services.
1. Enpro Consulting, Inc. 4. Tamarack Environmental Services, Inc.
2. AGRA Earth & Environmental, Inc. 5. Phoenix Environmental Consultants, Inc.
3. ATC Environmental, Inc. 6. Waste Engineering, Inc.
The term of the contracts is one year with renewal options for three additional one-year terms.
The County’s authorized representative is Lynn Wodell or other person as may be designated by the County Manager or the Open Space Department Director.
Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Gary D. Laura ABSENT
Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
