Commissioner Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC96-414

RE:ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - HUMAN RESOURCES - KAISER PERMANENTE INSURANCE POLICY AMENDMENT - 1996 WINDOW EARLY RETIREMENT PLAN

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the Amendment to the Agreement between the County and Kaiser Permanente, Inc. for the 1996 Window Early Retirement Plan.

Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Gary D. Laura ABSENT

Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
