Commissioner Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the amendment of Vacation Number V25-12-94 for a portion of Stagecoach Boulevard in Evergreen, Colorado as follows:
1.That the improvements for two (2) lanes of Stagecoach Boulevard have been constructed in accordance with County standards and that such lanes are opened to the public and have been accepted by the County for maintenance.
2.That a traffic control plan for Stagecoach Boulevard has been received and approved by the Highways and Transportation Department.
3.That the County has received a guarantee in an amount acceptable to the Highways and Transportation Department and in a form acceptable to the County Attorney’s Office for the improvements of two (2) additional lanes of Stagecoach Boulevard as listed on the attached Exhibit A.
Be It Further Resolved that upon completion of these conditions, the Vacation will be considered complete and the Vacation Resolution may be recorded among the official records of Jefferson County.
Commissioner Laura seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
