Commissioner Laura moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves an abatement on the 1993 and 1994 taxes that were erroneously assessed and subsequently sold at the tax lien sale on property known as MCCOY JENSEN 6TH FLG., BLK 1, LOT 9, SEC 27, TWN 4, RNG 69, QSEC SW. The delinquent taxes erroneously assessed must be paid to the tax buyers in the amount of $723.04 (base tax $589.62 and interest/fees of $133.42) good through August 30, 1996.
Commissioner Miller seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
