Commissioner Laura moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby accepts ownership and maintenance responsibility and place the U.S. 285 Frontage Road into the Jefferson County road system immediately upon the abandonment of said roadway by the Colorado Department of Transportation pursuant to Section 43-2-106, C.R.S. as amended.
Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
