Commissioner Laura moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC96-549

RE:LAND PLANNING & INFRASTRUCTURE - ROAD & BRIDGE - PURCHASE ORDER FOR SALT CONVEYOR

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves an expenditure of $45,117 to Contractor’s Equipment Co. Of Colorado, Inc. for a 50-foot salt conveyor.

Commissioner Miller seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
