Commissioner Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby exercises the first option to renew the captioned lease agreement for 6,506 square feet of space located in Wheat Ridge, Colorado for use by the Sheriff’s Department. This option to renew will continue the lease from November 1, 1996, to and including October 31, 1997. There are three options to renew remaining. The monthly lease rate has increased an additional $106.26 per month for a total monthly lease amount of $3,901.38. This increase is due to a rise of 2.8% in the Consumer Price Index.
Commissioner Laura seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
