Commissioner Laura moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby exercises the first option to renew the captioned contract between Jefferson County and Interenergy Resources Corporation to continue the purchase of natural gas for use by the Administration and Courts Building and the Detention Facility. This option to renew will continue the contract from October 1, 1996 to and including September 30, 1997.
Commissioner Miller seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
