Commissioner Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the amendment to the service agreement contract between Jefferson County and Peer 1 to provide community corrections services in the First Judicial District. The total amount of the amendment ($7,029.80) brings the total contract to $95,513.80 for the term July 1, 1995 through June 30, 1996.
Commissioner Laura seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
