Commissioner Laura moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves delegating authority to the City of Golden, Lookout Mountain Fire Protection District and Evergreen Fire Protection District to contract directly with the State of Colorado to receive discretionary gaming impact funds; and approve contracts between each agency and the State as assignor. The County will have no responsibility to administer the grant or perform contracted services.
Commissioner Miller seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman ABSENT
The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
