Commissioner Laura moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC96-612

RE:LAND PLANNING & INFRASTRUCTURE - HIGHWAYS & TRANSPORTATION -AGREEMENT - KEN CARYL MASTER ASSOCIATION FOR INSTALLATION OF SPEED BUMPS

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the Agreement between the County and the Ken Caryl Master Association (KCMA) for KCMA to advance $6,600 to Jefferson County to fund the installation of speed bumps within the Ken Caryl Valley and Ranch area. The three roadways that are proposed for the installation of two asphalt speed bumps (1 set) are White Oak Drive, Mountain Laurel Drive and Park Range Road.

Commissioner Miller seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Gary D. Laura AYE

Commissioner Betty J. Miller AYE

Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
