Commissioner Laura moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby authorizes the conveyance of a County-owned parcel of land described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (the "Property"), which was approved for sale pursuant to Resolution CC96-623 to Genesee Holdings Corporation, by quit claim deed.
Be It Further Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners appoints and constitutes the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners as Commissioner to quit claim and execute the deed for the Property to Genesee Holdings Corporation on behalf of the County and to affix the seal of the County thereon.
Commissioner Miller seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
